A total of 41 profiles (946 data, reported by BATHY or TESAC) were received from the KEIFU MARU.

Summary of QC

QC detected no unnatural profiles.
There were differences above 2°C between observation data and the results of assimilation at a depth of between 50 and 250m in the seas south of 17°N.
There were large differences between observation data and the results of assimilation in areas near the Kuroshio front (around 32°N).
With the exception of the above errors and differences, there were no significant biases in comparison with the results of assimilation by JMA.
