Summary of QC

  • QC detected no unnatural profiles.
  • There were large differences between observation data and the results of assimilation in areas near the Kuroshio extension (around 36°N).
  • There were differences above 2°C between observation data and the results of assimilation at a depth of between 50 and 100 m.
