Mechanism data file format

Each record has a fixed length of 96 bytes.

Data for each earthquake event consist of the following:

Hypocenter record
- Each event has more than one record.
- Each event has no records or one record for each record type.
- The top record is adopted as the best result.
Nodal plane solution record (no records or one record)
Initial motion polarity record for analysis of nodal plane solution (zero or more)
Arrival time data record (one or more)
End record (one)
