From Narita Airport to Ikebukuro Station
Narita International Airport is about 60 km east of central Tokyo. There are a variety of public transportation to move from Narita Airport to central Tokyo as described below.
Railways
JR East (East Japan Railway Co.) and Keisei Electric Railway Co.,Ltd. operate express train services between Narita Airport and central Tokyo.

- Japan Railway (JR) lines
"Narita Express" connects Narita Airport to Tokyo, Shinagawa, Yokohama, Shinjuku and Ikebukuro (all trains stop at Tokyo Station). It takes about an hour between Narita and Tokyo. Some of the Narita Express comes directly to Ikebukuro Station. It takes about 90 minutes between Narita and Ikebukuro.
- Keisei LinesKeisei Electric Railway Co.,Ltd. runs "Skyliner" between Narita Airport and Keisei Ueno Station. It takes about 45 minutes between Narita Airport and Ueno. Express trains are also available every 20 minutes, which connect Narita Airport and Ueno in about 75 minutes. The Keisei line connects with JR-Yamanote Line at Nippori Station. It takes about 15 minutes between Nippori and Ikebukuro on the JR-Yamanote Line.
Bus Transportation
Limousine bus services are also available every 20 minutes between Narita Airport and Tokyo Station.
From Haneda Airport to Ikebukuro Station
Haneda International Airport is about 15 km south of central Tokyo. There are a variety of public transportation to move from Haneda Airport to central Tokyo as described below.
Railways
Tokyo Monorail Co.,Ltd. and Keikyu Corporation operate train services between Haneda Airport and central Tokyo.

- Tokyo Monorail
Monorails connect Haneda Airport to Hamamatsucho Station. It takes about 15 minutes between Haneda Airport and Hamamatsucho. And it takes about 30 minutes between Hamamatsucho and Ikebukuro by JR Yamanote Line.
- Keikyu Lines
Keikyu Corporation runs many trains between Haneda Airport and Shinagawa Station.
It takes about 15 minutes between Haneda Airport and Shinagawa. And it takes about 30 minutes between Shinagawa and Ikebukuro by JR-Yamanote Line.
ATTENTION: The trains for Zushi-Hayama, Kanazawa-bunko, Kanagawa-shinmachi, Keikyu-Kawasaki, Uraga and Keikyu-Kurihama do not go in the direction of Shinagawa Station.
Bus Transportation
Limousine bus services are also available between Haneda Airport and central Tokyo area.
From Ikebukuro Station to Kiyose Station
Railway (Seibu-Ikebukuro Line)
It takes about 30 minutes from Ikebukuro to Kiyose on Seibu Ikebukuro Line.
ATTENTION: Express, S-Train and Ltd. Express do not stop at Kiyose Station.
From Kiyose Station to the MSC
On Foot
It takes about 20 minutes from the north exit of Kiyose Station to the MSC along with the blue line on the access map below.
Bus Transportation
It takes about 5 minutes from the north exit of Kiyose Station to the MSC. Please get on Seibu Bus from bus stop No.2 at Kiyose Station bound for Shiki Station (Route No.61) or for Niiza-eigyosho (Route No.61-1) or for Nakakiyoto-higashi (Route No.61-2), and get off at the third bus stop of "Kisho Eisei Center (Meteorological Satellite Center)" .
Taxi Service
Taxi service is also available between the north exit of Kiyose Station to the MSC.
