Inhibition of north-earth-sensor-scan operation for MTSAT-2 from 8 to 9 May, 2014


Inhibited north-earth-sensor-scan operation for MTSAT-2 is scheduled to take place from 
19:17 UTC on 8 May to 01:17 UTC on 9 May, 2014 to avoid Lunar intrusion.
As a result, positional gaps may appear in all images of MTSAT-2 observations made during
the following period, and image quality may be adversely affected:
