Highlight

  • Seasonal mean temperatures were extremely high from northern to western Japan, in Southeast Asia, from western Eastern Siberia to the central part of Central Siberia, from eastern Central Asia to central Western Africa, in southwestern Indian Ocean, in northern Canada, from the southern USA to central South America, and in western Australia.
  • Seasonal precipitation amounts were extremely high from western Eastern Siberia to northern Western Siberia, from western Mongolia to southwestern Russia, in central Europe, in southwestern Europe, and in southeastern South America.
  • Seasonal precipitation amounts were extremely low from southern Europe to northwestern Northern Africa, and from the Midwest of the USA to the southeastern USA.
