Introduction
Tokyo, the capital of Japan, is one of the largest cities in the world. It is located in the middle of the main island of Japan. Tokyo became the center of politics from the establishment of the Edo Shogunate in 1603. Now its population is about 12 million, and it is the center of not only politics, but also economy and culture of Japan.

Imperial Palace
The Imperial Palace located at the Chiyoda Ward near Tokyo Station is the place that the Emperor of Japan usually lives. This area is full of nature, and people enjoy jogging on walkway around the Palace.

Sensoji
Sensoji located at Asakusa in Sumida Ward is the oldest temple in Tokyo, and was built in 628. A lantern hanged at the center of the entrance gate called Kaminari-mon is a landmark of Asakusa. There are a lot of shops selling goods of Japanese traditional culture on the road between the temple and the gate.

Tokyo Sky Tree
Tokyo Sky Tree located in Sumida Ward is a new landmark in Tokyo. It is the world's tallest free-standing tower, and its height is 634 m. Its construction will be completed in December 2011, and will open in May 2012.

Akihabara
Akihabara in short "Akiba" is one of the most famous electric towns gathering a lot of electric stores around Akihabara Station. These days, pop culture shops related animation and comic (manga) are appearing.

Rainbow Bridge and Odaiba
Rainbow Bridge links Shibaura with Odaiba at the Minato Ward. Its length is 798m. It is lit up and become rainbow-color at night.
Odaiba is a new town in the Tokyo bay area. There are an international exhibition hall called Tokyo Big Sight, shopping malls and amusement facilities.
