Registration

Advance registration is required for conference attendance and participation in its discussions. This applies to all delegates, including those who have already registered in response to the first announcement. Please note that on-site registration is not possible.

To register, please download the form from the link of MS-Word Form and send the completed version to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).

The deadline for registration is 28 October, 2011.

There is no fee for conference registration/attendance.

Visa Support

Those requiring a visa to visit Japan should download the form from the link of MS-Word Form and send the completed version with a copy of their passport photo page to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).

Applicants must provide a copy of their passport photo page to enable confirmation of the details provided on application forms and to ensure that the documentation process advances smoothly without errors.

The deadline for visa application is 28 October, 2011.

For the sureness of visa acquisition, please send the form and the copy of passport as soon as prepared.

Hotel Booking

Block bookings can be made for the three hotels listed below, which are around 2 km from the venue. A map and detail hotel information is shown at the accommodation page.

To request a booking to LOC, please download the hotel booking form from the link of MS-Word Form and send the completed version to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).

The deadline for hotel booking requests is 28 October, 2011.

The booking is also available on the websites of the hotels. Some hotels offer Internet special discount rates. For the Internet booking, please go to the accommodation page and visit to the websites of the hotels.

Other Conference Information

Reception

Reception desk will be opened at 9:15am on Tuesday, December 6 at the Auditorium Lobby of the venue.

Posters

Posters will be displayed from Tuesday to Friday noon, and poster session core times will be on Wednesday. The maximum poster dimensions are 2,100 mm (height) x 900 mm (width). Affixing materials will be supplied.

Proceedings

Presenters are requested to e-mail the proceedings for their presentations to the Local Organizing Committee.
Proceedings will be posted on the conference website. File formats should be PDF, MS Word or MS PowerPoint, and file sizes should be less than 2 MB.
The deadline for submission is 31 January, 2012.

Language

The official language of the conference is English. No interpretation services will be provided.

Internet service

Wireless Internet access will be available at the conference venue.

Power supply

As the power supply at the conference venue is very limited, delegates are asked to charge the batteries of PCs and other electrical devices before attending.
