A total of 48 profiles (1010 data, reported by BATHY or TESAC) were received from the KEIFU MARU.

Summary of QC

No errors were detected with JMA's quality control procedures.
There was no significant bias in comparison with the results of assimilation by JMA.
There were differences above 2°C between observation data and the results of assimilation at a depth of around 150 m in the seas south of 10°N .
There were large differences between observation data and the results of assimilation in areas around of the Kuroshio extension (33°N).
