Presenters are requested to note the guidelines below for effective conference running.
Microsoft Teams will be used for the meeting. The use of MS PowerPoint files with pre-recorded audio is highly recommended in consideration of potential connection/timing issues.

Presentation files should be recorded in PPT format rather than MP4 movie format.
Presenters are requested to check their time slots on the schedule page.
Presentations with pre-recorded audio will be shared via Microsoft Teams by the AOMSUC-12 host.
The file name should contain the presentation ID (cf. the schedule page) and the first author's family name (e.g., s2-02_Familyname.pptx).
The AUMSUC-12 host will play presentations at the designated time.
Presentations should be submitted to the AOMSUC-12 host (JMA) in advance. See the attached guidelines on how to upload files.

Presentations will be converted to PDF format and posted to the AOMSUC-12 website prior to the conference. If you do not wish to have your material posted, or would prefer a different version to be posted, please let the AOMSUC-12 host know and provide any preferred alternative content.
