Climate Change Monitoring and Global Warming Projection
Climate change associated with global warming and related impacts generate significant concern worldwide. Against this background, TCC continuously monitors the status of such warming via the key indicator, global average surface temperature anomalies.

Current annual summaries of climate conditions in Japan and worldwide are provided in JMA's Climate Change Monitoring Report to support related decision making and scientific research.
To provide information on future climate change, TCC conducts climate projections in collaboration with JMA's Meteorological Research Institute. The results are provided on this website.
