- Training workshops
Since 2008, TCC has held annual training seminars on the application of its climate monitoring and prediction products, hosting dozens of experts from National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) in the Asia-Pacific region.

- Dispatch of experts to NMHSs
Since 2006, TCC has dispatched experts to NMHSs in the Asia-Pacific region for discussion, technical transfer and training seminars. These visits also provide valuable opportunities for TCC in terms of awareness regarding current and emerging needs relating to climate services in the relevant countries.
- Others
TCC also hosts NMHS experts for targeted training upon request.
